Emotions in the workplace? YES!

[ I need a post here on why human emotions are not some kind of defect in perfect rational machines, and why top workplaces are filled with positive deviance and strong positive emotions. Emotionless, cold, machine-like cubicle farms are NOT capable of high-performance output, regardless how large a whip and other incentives are used, doubly so if the people are in a context where they are competing with each other or where showing weakness would be considered a sin. ]
